Ajani...after posting this thread i did my search on the web and boy did i find alot of info i did not know!!!
when i had done this with my friends years ago, we did it for about a month i think and then our meetings just broke off, i think everyone just stopped going, i personally do not remember why i did but anyways, i cannot believe this lady is running a cult!!!
well now i feel embarrassed for the thread but honestly i did not know.
i think i will try the eating less part out and asking God for help.
