I have had hbp for a while... though my father had it too. Everytime I go to the docter they have to check it at least 2x, if not more. And every time I donate blood (every 8 weeks) It's always elevated and tehy always comment on it. I was prescribed yazmin, but only filled the first month due to the high cost of copay for it. I am taking 1000 mg of met 2x a day (well, trying to get it more stable...). But it runs in my family, so it is also hereditary for me.
