I use 2 cotton balls, one to remove the makeup and then another to wash my face. Sometimes I may use 3 cotton balls just to ensure I have removed everything. This rather easy to do when you save your own urine. I do make sure I save some, especially when I know AF is coming. I also use a regular moisturizer in the morning and then I do refining mask once a week. After I do the mask, I leave on the urine overnight. That is pretty much my routine.
