If you're considering seeing an endocrinologist, I would suggest seeing a reproductive endo, or just a regular endo (or even another OB/GYN - sometimes they know how to treat PCOS properly). PCOS is a problem that will affect your whole life, especially as an adult, so I'm not sure a pediatric endo would understand how to treat you for the future.
