I have insurance and pay a $5 copay. My RE prescribes a year at a time but the pharmacie gives my 90 days worth at a time. If you are not TTC, your doctor will put you on birth control to stop the bleed or else progesterone can be prescribed for 14 days to stop the bleeding and then have a normal withdrawl bleed and it should stop. I don;t recommend estrogen because most PCOSers are estrogen dominant and it can do more harm then good. Good Luck!
