 Dietitian's Guide?
Has anyone read The Dietitian's Guide to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome? Author's last name is Grassi. She sells the book on her website (pcosnutrition.com). I'm looking for some helpful reviews since it's somewhat expensive. I've been reading/following The Schwarzbein Principle on advice from my naturopath. It seems alright, but I'd like something focused for PCOS.
