I cannot SAY how highly I recommend " fitday.com "

It's been a lifesaver for me!!! I've been able to completely track what I've eaten, but it's better than a food diary or journal, because it also monitors the caloric intake! I LOVE IT!!!! Two thumbs WAY up! I've already lost three pounds!!!
