I have now lost 20 lbs. I do cardio and strength training 5 x's per week and I am seeing amazing results everywhere except you know where. My hump still appears to be the same size. I have come across some information about Lipoma. Perhaps I'll talk to my Endo about that on my next visit. Thanks so much for the advice.
Someone asked about another trick besides long hair. I also wear shirts or sweaters with a collar or hoodie.
