Has anyone tried the "Insulin Resistance Diet"? I just recently purchased this book from amazon.com and found they had several of the books listed along with a few others. I also purchased "A Patient's Guide to Living with PCOS" although have not started reading it yet but thumbing through the pages looks like it has a wealth of information in it. |
