I have SAD...I take Lexapro in the Fall and winter times only. By my doctors orders...I have to get out when it's sunny and take a walk...even if it's cold. If there is no sun...I have to use a light box....and exercise everyday...to bring my endorphins up and serotonin levels up as well. I must stay away from sugar and all white foods(white bread, rice, etc.). It does help...
