i would suggest maybe if the clinc on dundas can't help try doctor martin at the SOFT clinc. he's really good and will let you know what exactly you can do that is covered under ohip, and what isnt..
he's really good with my husband and i. my husband just loves him, and my husband isnt one to like doctors! you do need a referral for dr martin as he doesnt just accept people calling in on their own. If you call his clinc to get more info they could let you know how you could go about getting a referral and who you could talk to...
