I can only answer the question about the weight, but I am the exact same way. I've always been heavy in my lower tummy area & thought it was my fault. I would always do 'crash diets' & crazy workouts to no avail. My doctor told me that with PCOS it is normal to have weight in your tummy-area. It sucks…don’t get me wrong, but knowing it comes with the territory prevents me from beating myself up over it. I’m 5’5 & about 235 lbs-no one guess my weight & looking at me head on I look normal, side view is a different story!(haha) I guess all I can say is, take it for what it is & embrace your imperfections-they are what makes you who YOU are!

Hope that helps,
Ness
