Hi just checking in, I'm still new to this thread. Just wanted to know if you can say some prayers. I am trying to schedule our baby's Baptism and I'm having a hard time with the church. I wanted to have a private Baptism, instead of a group one, so I am willing to pay the extra fee. I started by requesting the Pastor of our church who everyone loves, but he was unavailable for all of the dates I was asking for. I have limited dates because my Godparents that I have chosen both have to fly in from chicago and boston, so we are trying to work around their work schedules. Anyway, I gave up trying to get oour Pastor, but now I am goin back and forth with the religious coordinator and she said it's hard to find a priest--period! I never thought it would be so difficult to schedule a Baptism
She also said that we could have her baptised by a deacon? Oh well, I hope she can come up with a priest so my friends and family can make their travel arrangements. I am requesting this for May, so it's not like it's the last minute? Thanks for listening
