I quit smoking. I still crave but am so glad I quit! I went from three packs a day to nothing, with the help of Wellbutrin. If I can do it, anyone can!
I'm so thankful that I quit!

Get involved in animal rescue. You won't be sorry. Your heart may break, there may be times when your eyes are red-rimmed for days.
