My doctor said it can take up to 6 months to a year for the Met to work for some people. I was on 1500 from Nov 06-July07 and then had it upped to 2000 from July 07-Nov 07. I was also taking Clomid starting in March of that time. I took Clomid 4 times and only O'd twice. So I don't know if Met helped with the Oing or if it was all the Clomid, but it certainly took a while of being on Met to make a difference (if at all).

Ive heard that it's most effective from 1500-2000mg, but that also varies from person to person. I would say if it's not horrible for you to be on it, to just stay on it a while longer and maybe ask your doctor about upping your dose.

I don't think Met was my wonder drug, but I think it's definitely worth giving a good try.
