I am on edge today... I finally got ahold of the intake coordinator at a mental health clinic that is local and they managed to get me in tomorrow. My PTSD is what drives me to go but my depression and anxiety of having someone new and being put in the position of needing to talk about things isn't a very comforting feeling right now. I have physically made myself sick from this today! I'm doing my best to just breathe right now let alone do other tasks....
