That would really piss me off too. I can't stand a doctor that doesn't listen. If they tell you that you have to take bcp, get it in writing and have them sign it. God forbid something happen, sue their ass!
Remember they are medical doctors. It is hard to find a medical doctor that is going to support natural cures. They of course are going to send you to the pharmacy. In you twos case, your doctors were a**holes.
