For me, smoking has become stinkier and stinkier as the months have passed. I have a hard time going anywhere that allows smoking. Even entering stores where people smoke outside is hard. But....I still crave. I still reach for my cigs as I'm driving down the road. It's a habit that's hard to break!
Much MUCH luck to you and to anyone else who is trying to quit. It's one of the hardest things I ever accomplished. And it IS a huge accomplishment.

Get involved in animal rescue. You won't be sorry. Your heart may break, there may be times when your eyes are red-rimmed for days. You may lose faith in the goodness of people, but your spirit will be renewed by the resilience of those you save. It isn't easy, but it's worth it. I promise you, you will be forever changed.
