hi that happened to me ..it still happens to me. I found out that since i'm not very active the bottom of my feet burn at night, but when i'm active and get excersise in my system, like going to the gym or walking more regularly, that feeling goes away. its very important to be active..keep in mind as we get closer to our period our bodies also get hot
