The 2 best books I've read are PCOS for Dummies (fantastic! even if you aren't a dummy ) and New Glucose Revolution: Managing PCOS - Jennie Brand-Miller.

My partner works at the local library and ordered a whole lot of PCOS books. When they arrived he went to get them out for me and 4 of the first 5 that had arrived had already been taken out and people also had them on hold! I didn't realise there were so many people in my town with PCOS but they must be out there somewhere! lol
