Default normal levels but ALL the symptoms?

Hi! Has anyone had experience with having normal levels, but having most of the symptoms of hypothyroidism? The only level that is a little off is my free T4, which is 0.85 in a range of 0.8-2.9. The research that I've been doing says find a doctor who will treat your symptoms rather than your labs. I'm wondering if, even though I'm in the "normal" range, my body just isn't happy with a level that low?

Do I have ANY chance finding a doctor who will treat me, when my LSH and free T3 are perfectly normal?

This is the list I found:
*Fatigue - check
*Weakness - check
*Weight gain or increased difficulty losing weight - double check
*Coarse, dry hair - nope, mine's oily
*Dry, rough pale skin - check
*Hair loss - I have hirsutism, so no
*Cold intolerance - quadruple check
*Muscle cramps and frequent muscle aches - check
*Constipation - check
*Depression - check
*Irritability - check
*Memory loss - check
*Abnormal menstrual cycles - not really
*Decreased libido - nope
