OMgoodness, I totally agree with this! I am so thankful that our state has no banned all indoor smoking...everywhere. Now if only they'd do it within a hundred feet of entrances, etc.
I quit in March of 2003. Cold turkey. And I never looked back. I don't get cravings...but that first week was a killer! I had 5 packs left in the carton that I'd just bought. I gave 'em to a coworker.
The smell of stale smoke is as bad as fresh smoke IMO. I will never forget leaving the hospital with my daughter and walking thru a smoke cloud b/c one of the nurses was standing right outside the front door puffing away.
Congrats on not picking those ciggys up again!
