Hi i think if u are uk resident then you are entitled to free treatments, if u meet the criteria - no children etc so it would be good to look into this to see if you are eligable.
If you are paying i think its around £1000 but dont quote me on that as it depends on the individual clinics prices, how much medications etc you will need. Have you had laparoscopy or hsg? as some clinics like you to have this first. Ive heard that treatment is cheaper in austrailia so you should defintly compare prices before making a descion.
Whereabouts in england will you be living? if you could contact a few clinics near to where you will be and get their advice and idea of prices, im in scotland and theres not many around here (im with NHS at the mo)
You should also enquire if it will be a straight swapover of your medical notes in austrailia to england or whether they would want to to any specific tests back here as these kind of unexpected setbacks can postpone your treatment even further
