Maybe Oprah hasn't done a show because there is so little known about the disease. I have always said, we can put a man on the moon and put hair on a man's head, but we can't seem to figure out how to stop hair from growing on women (where it shouldn't) and can't figure out why women suffer from infertility problems...I still say, if a man were experiencing it--there'd be more to know. While we've "come a long way baby", we still suffer from the "oh, it's just your hormones crap". |
