Oh, I forgot to mention. I bought the dvd at my local Best Buy for less than Collage sells it for.
Also, the entire format of each workout is:
2 minutes warm up (and surprisingly, it's enough)
Three circuits of:
3 minutes strength
2 minutes cardio
1 minute abs
2 minutes stretching
She doesn't rest AT ALL from exercise to exerise and from strength to cardio to abs...
