Ok, I couldn't resist...I did this workout again after I took a 3 mile walk. It's official. This is my new favorite video.
I also have Biggest Loser 2 Power Sculpt and Jillian has a 20 minute workout on there...I'm hoping it's the same type of workout...
There's also a 20 minute strength workout on the original Biggest Loser video.
So in theory, you could build your own 5-day rotation...do a different 20-minute workout + 40 minutes of cardio.

Day 1: Shred + 40 minutes cardio
Day 2: Jillians Shape up Backside + 30 minutes cardio
Day 3: Shred #2 + 40 minutes cardio
Day 4: Jillians Shape up Frontal + 30 minutes cardio
Day 5: Shred #3 + 40 minutes cardio
Day 6: 60 minutes cardio
that's a SWEET rotation!
