hello

I was diagnosed with t2 diabetes in 2006. I went to a diabetic program and they told me that it's really important to eat your carbs with a protein as your sugars will go up very quickly and drop quickly if you don't have a protein.your cheez are carbs. It's very important for pcos sufferers because our pancreas produces too much insulin when we have sugars which is carbs. so maybe before your appt you can try to follow a diet to help stabalize your sugars. another thing is to eat every 3hours to avoid your sugars too become too low because this is when we have cravings and binge. I hope this helps.
