I tried the Satin Hands Cream from Mary Kay. It's awesome. I am a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant, and I'm not trying to promote a sale, but the satin hands is really GREAT. I have really chapped hands too, plus I work in the hospital so that's extra added dryness. When I started using Satin Hands from Mary Kay my hands are soft and smooth, plus they are not dry.
