It is definitely worth a shot!! TTC is so much easier if you lose some weight. When I was TTC#2 I lost only around 4 kg, but I believe it helped.
I need to lose the same weight as you. I'm 85 kg and loosing 20 would be great. Are you planning to follow a certain diet?
