I have Medco I think (we've changed 3 times in 6 months or so). They sent me a letter and said over the phone they refused a bill saying PCOS was preexisting, but they paid it, lol. DH's last employer didnt' take insurance out of his check send in the funds, so we were not insured for at least 2 months and didn't know it. That means that pre-existing conditions of ours are not covered. Still, we don't pay more for my appointments and tests as long as they are general health related, not just PCOS related.
