I don't know exactly how to describe it. It is like a huge red welt like patch that can vary from the size of a quarter to the size of your fist. It is slightly raised but more like a rash, that I get either under by breast or under what I lovingly call my "baby belly flap"
When the (for lack of a better word) rash is there it retains moisture. It is painful.
My old GP told me it was a form of yeast infection on the skin and told me it was caused by my sugar imbalance that it would be worse if my sugar was out of whack.
Usually if I wash it really good with an anti-bacterial soap it goes away in a couple of days but I was just wondering if anybody else experienced this, if it was really something from my PCOS and if you knew any other remedies for it.
