Caligirl- That was refrain (she could give you more info on it) and she also told me to bd the night before the IUI and I did and now I'm pregnant. Not sure if that's what did it, but it definitely didn't hurt. My 2 previous IUI's I listened to the dr. and did not bd the day before the IUI and of coure those were negative.
