The thing that got me the most was the making fun and mad at the names. That just seems so ridiculous. I could kind of see the point of dh's brother maybe wanting to name his future son that but he didn't need to get that mad and also does he really want to or does that just sound appealing since you guys picked it! They definitely should have not been so mean and especially to a pregnant lady. Are you and dh going to keep the names or change them?
You need to do what is best for you and your babies and I wouldn't feel bad about not being there for your grandmother's funeral. Maybe just send a card and flowers. It's not like under normal circumstances you wouldn't want to be there.
