in fact i just wrote out a list to take to my endo eeeekk ummm i don't know where i put it it had like 15 differnt things on it..

The Scale will budge in due time, however I do tend to show the loss before the scale does.
Diagnosis's: Asthma
Medicines: Proventil HFA (1 puff every four hours as neeed for shortness of breath) |
