I had did two rounds of clomid with my OB/GYN and he had no idea why I was not ovulating while on it. Eventhough he knew about my PCOS but still had no idea how to really treat the PCOS and the fertility. I told him I found an RE to see and he we discussed the Fertility Group I was wanting to see and it turns out that it is the same doctor he was refering to. My OB/GYN is a great doctor but he just could not treat the complexity of PCOS. Good Luck in your search.
