I'm interested in this too - I'm only slightly overweight (152lb and about 5'5) - and the main symptom I have with PCOS is irregular/erratic periods. I've always eaten fairly healthily, though my alcohol consumption has been on the high side at times. Recently, I've cut out alcohol, caffeine and am trying to stick fairly closely to low-GI type eating. I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now (except for 1 weekend off) and am feeling good - have possibly lost a few pounds, though haven't weighed myself - I feel my clothes are a little looser. Still no sign of AF, though! Just started adding exercise to the mix this weekend. I've been charting since New Year and haven't seen any signs of ovulation yet. I've been taking Vitex for about 4 weeks too. I'd like to see if I can balance things out without medication, just a personal preference!

It would be good to hear from anyone else who wasn't particularly overweight to start with but felt a difference after changing the way they ate???

Thanks,

Lil.
