You're welcome! Cancer is scary no matter what kind. I remember when I was told, I was scared to death. I am praying everything comes back w/ good results. If it was caught early chances are, the prognosis will be good! Recovery should be good, I know I felt like a truck hit me the first few days, but then I felt better. The only thing for me, I had my scan like 6 weeks later (they had to make sure all of the thyroid hormone was out of my system )and I had to go on a special diet free of iodine. During that time because I was below hypothyroid, I was so tired and weak all I wanted to do was sleep. But once I started my meds, I felt better but it took awhile.
