B12 will help with the fatigue. Make sure she's getting that and regular exercise. The other physical changes should improve as she continues treatment. Most women don't get the diagnosis until they start having problems getting pregnant. I'm glad your GF sought treatment early for her symptoms. This isn't a death sentence and doesn't mean she won't be a beautiful woman. It may just take a little while to get the hormones back under control. In the mean time, she is probably having some depression from the diagnosis. Sounds like you are, too. Be easy on yourself and her.
