Paola, I thought I might add that hormone imbalances due to PCOS can cause symptoms that might be confused with fluctuations in thyroid function, and vice versa. It is very hard sometimes to pinpoint the origin of the symptoms you list, because they are common to both thyroid dysfunction and PCOS. This is why it is important to treat both conditions, if present. Best of luck to you!
