I obviously can't give you advice from a mans perspective but I can tell you from a females.

Allow her to cry, vent and just talk without trying solve what the problem is. Remeber that sometimes we aren't coming to you to fix us we just want to tell you how we feel without you trying to find a solution. When she says that shes tired don't think she is just trying to get out of doing something she is probably exhausted and just needs her rest.

My fiance and I are coping with it together. We weren't together when I was diagnosed we were just friends and he was actually my best friend support system. Now that he and I are together we talk about having a family and what the future might hold for us. He reminds me that even if we can't concieve on our own we can always adopt (he was adopted ). We also just have fun when we are lying in bed we laugh about sex, since we aren't TTC as of right now it's always hunny quick grab a towel I don't want to make a mess and later it's going to be quick prop me up on the pilliow I don't want to loose a single drop. I think what helps us the most is just very open communication about how both of us are feeling.
