Default PCOS Mentioned

I was reading through the news on teletext, and it was briefly mentioned that many female athletes who no longer have periods, while many put it down to the stress of training, actually suffer from PCOS which due to high testosterone levels can actually benefit them?

Would have been better if they'd actually gone into more detail but at least its been mentioned.
