**Blended Ideas** What are some good fruits and veggies to blend for a shake? Either for breakfast or a quick snack? Do you add a protein to yours or not? If so which kind? I'm starting to go to the gym in the morning before work and want something I can take on the way. I don't eat breakfast normally but want to because I will be working out daily.
