Iv just restarted, well yesterday. but im gonna build it up again week by week. Otherwise iv found i live in the bathroom, its a good job theres 2 in this house!
But no matter what food i eat i still suffer the side effects, i did an experiment one week, did different foods every night like fatty foods, salads, etc and was the same so i think next time i see the doc ill ask if theres something else i can try.
