Hello,
Please remember that not all blue cross/shield companies are the same. They all operate independently. Therefore the BCBS here would not be the same BCBS across the country.
Although, I have to say I am not happy with my BCBS right now either!!!! so, I guess they are not the same but they still MIGHT all stink LOL |
