So it should be reduced temporarily, like in Lupron, but it can then come back the same severity. Everyone is different and everyone has a different story. So, some women say yes it becomes worse and some women say it has been the same. Hopefully, other women can give their testimonials here. I do remember reading stories about this in the famous book 'Our Bodies, Ourselves'. From what I understand, endometriosis is thought as a working woman's curse. 'They (the old medical community) thought she had put her career first and so she suffered through the cramps because she put having children on the back-burner. This ignorant way of thinking is totally different now cause even young girls have it too. When I got my last shot of Lupron, the doc who gave it to me joked and asked me 'you know what's the best solution for this?' And of course I knew. So, I replied 'It's not going to happen right now because I'll need someone to make that happen!' Yep! I got the 'working woman's curse'! I'm single, 31 y.o., and I'm about to be a physician with endometriosis. There's a book called 'The Endometriosis Sourcebook' it's very informative! If you want, look at the Amazon review to get an opi and see if it's worth borrowing. Amazon Consider yourself fortunate and blessed! I think vits and accupuncture is awesome and I've heard great success with it for infertility. Good luck on your pregnancy! I forgot to mention I found this name on the reviews on a good book of nutrition for endometriosis., PCOS, and other causes of infertility. Her name is Dian Shepperson Mils and she is a nutritionist who has suffered with endometriosis. I'm going to borrow this book. ' ' It looks very promising for treatment of endometriosis.
