I have both too. The endo got so bad that last spring I had to have a d&c. my tubes were completely blocked and other things were growing attached to my stomach. It was crazy. My doctor told me I'd have to be on meds to treat that and fertility to get pregnant.

Well, no meds, no fertility treatments, and I'm 7 months pregnant w/ my second child. Lord works in mysterious ways.
