What time do you take the B12? The same time as the Metformin??

Oh dear! I stopped Metformin but the thing is my hair is thinning anyway. It won't stop. It'll stop shedding as much but it will become finer anyway.

I found this recipe on the net: 1 tbsp warm olive oil, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp cinammon powder. It helps the hair. Just apply it for 20 minutes before shampooing. Try Nizoral Shampoo or the Head and Shoulders Selenium Sulfide. I don't know if going off Met is the right answer because I am honestly considering going back on it. Maybe a dosage reduction would help. But don't do anything before talking to your doctor. Don't take matters in your own hands. Because you don't know what's going on inside your body. Ask your doctor if you could switch to exercise and diet control.

Also I'm guessing you have enough Iron in the GNC tablets but Iron is important.

Maybe we should speak to our doctors about getting our homocysteine levels checked.
