 Does Losing Weight Help With Cystic Acne?????
I have cystic acne. My acne is pretty much hormonal according to my dermatologist. I can't take antibiotics cause it causes me to have spotting and I don't need to mess around with my cycles. Does losing weight help with acne? I'm obviously overweight. I am hoping that there is some truth to that because i don't want to have acne for the rest of my life. It definitely makes me feel insecure. |
