Ive been back on metformin for a few weeks now, taking one 850mg tab per day. This is working ok for me just now, i was on double that dose and it was making me exhausted and periods bad.
ive just started my period yest and so far fingers x its less painful than before and i dont feel too bloated . breasts less painful too.

Vaniqa cream, applied twice daily
Duac cream, once a day for acne, Very good!

noticed improvement in amount of hair on my chin, considerably finer now and less of it. Cream drying up spots and hope it stops new ones erupting.
