The Nuva ring or the patch. I loved them both but the patch you change once a week and is less effective if you are too much over your bmi. The Nuvaring you insert and remove after three weeks, and insert a new one after a week and AF. I loved it but now I'm on Yaz
I've been on it two months and have noticed I'm getting moody. Not depressed but very irritable. Other than that it's been fine with me but I was moody this whole weekend and it was my birthday. I miss the ring though and may go back to it if the mood issue doesn't disappear.
